Tree Poem
Sometimes I think trees are stupid , either that or they like to taunt
Like why would you let me hit you and still give me the fruit that I want
Anyways, Trees and Humans aren’t that different you see
We all started off as a nut or a seed
And even when you branch out from your roots your still connected to them, and that’s why it’s called a family tree
So don’t forget about your roots, they give you the resources to grow
Like Wisdom, when they speak through their actions because we reap what we sow
Your situation changes just like the withering or growing leaves, with due season
But remember through the rain and storm, there’s reason
And your trunks are everything that you hold dear and near
For with dreams, friends, and family your happiness branches out
The toughest thing that can protect you is your bark called hope
And considering both provide for themselves and others, trees and parents are both autotrophs
And remember no matter how dead the tree lookings, it always comes back in the spring
Because they know there are better times coming round every year, just like their lifetime rings
Trees and people with heart take carbon dioxide bad for living things and turn it into breathable good
And while one tree standing might not be interesting, when they come together they turn into the magical woods
Trees only go higher, when they dig deeper
A clear difference would be trees don’t move, but when there’s something to believe in, we don’t either
Be that trees that don’t move, even when hit by a car
Cause those who love you , give you their sunlight, so you can grow from mutiple stars
Be like a tree, and changed your environment
Don’t stay still and try to fit in with the dirt, cause it’s tiring
So many us hate smokin but the earth’s lungs are getting cut down
Mother Tree, Father Tree,Tree of Life, Christmas Tree, Oak Tree , Olive Tree , they all here now
The day where there aren’t any trees, think about how bad that sound
See I’m a tree, you a tree, we all tree’s one way or the other
But in order to save our future, let’s do something now, and start treating this planet better than we treat each other
