Trembling

I'm trembling

I hate feeling like this

It's like I'm on uneven ground

My heart is racing

I'm trembling on the inside

My hands are shaking

I feel sick

Like I'm going to throw up

I just want this trembling

This fear to stop

Why can't it stop?

I'm not in control

I never am anymore

My mind is the boss

Giving me orders that I always have to follow

I try to smile

Try to stay on topic

But yet here I am

In my class

Trembling

Shaking

And I just wish there was a way

To stop this earthquake

Taking place inside my hear

And inside my mind.

Trembling.
