Trials

The Trials we take that keep us well and sane

Fall through when Death plays his crystal pale hands.

The Trials become less and less like a game

As Death creates a whirlwind of bone sand.

The Trials will unfurl and collapse twofold

As Death creates fire with abaited breaths.

The Trials will die out, nothing to be sold

When Death brings candles in oblique fire wreaths.

The Trials last until the same, endless end

When Deaths also burns out of the Universe.

The Trials are careless, only with one defense

which Death will come in the same end to serve.

The Trials we all face and will always fail

As Death won't die by mouth, nor by this tale.
