A Tribute to Coach Lew

Run don’t stop running, keep going when you see danger coming.

Don’t be scared to take a breath, and relax a bit, rest time is over time to get after it.

When you go after it don’t think about just passing it but you have to tackle it.

Challenge yourself a little Coach Lew would say. Do not settle for less,

when you find a way to your success, keep it a secret,

then when you are finish give a thanks to God because he is the reason

you have been blessed.
