Trichotillomania
Without realizing it, I am at it again.
My thumb and ring finger are tearing at my eyebrows.
Brow by brow I am taking away thoughts of failures, problems within myself.
I want to stop but I start to enjoy it.
It soothes me for the time being until I realize the damage that I am doing to my face.
I feel embarrassed once it’s done.
I am Trichotillomania.
