The Trio

Oh, how your friendship cannot be undone.
Your presence does not fail to amaze me
Which proves your worth. The hugging sun is fun
To feel as we revel in youthful daze.

Sometimes darkness may challenge our brightness,
And often that will leave us in recess.
Fade not, will the roaring cloud of darkness
Lest we rise up and battle that duress.

Although our union has not been a dove,
It should not become broken through hardship.
We must not let the winds of time and love
Sweep us from the true nature of friendship.

Lovely are the times we have spent as one,
Thanks to the memories that we have won.
