Troubled

You look down at the drop and second-guess

This decision you’ve now chosen

One that you think will relieve the stress

But now you are standing frozen

Loved ones flash through your head

Making you step back once more

Your life is hanging by a thread

So tears begin to pour

You know in your heart this is not the solution

As you turn and walk away

Still wreathing with all that confusion

But will live to see a brighter day
