Troubled

Troubled are what we are called When we use various methods begging to be helped. Troubled are those who hold sorrow, anger, and frustration Emotions left unchecked and unkept. Troubled are the ones who get constantly pushed away When they try to lay their feelings out plain as day. Troubled are us all And for this we must pray.
