Troubled times

everyday people walk around and what do they see,

some neighborhoods see people in glee.

others such as mine see debris,

all these teens are hooked on pony.

Their parents are blind,

while their teens are in a foggy state of mind.

they say "it won't happen to me",

it would just take that one, little whoopee.

before everything turns all into plea.

things use to not be this way,

we would blow bubbles,

now we use an ashtray,

and get into jail trouble.

Some kids can't go ten minutes without a hit,

nobody wants to quit.

if they don't quit it wont end well,

ull has them under a spell.
