True Beauty


feel your hands relaxed, shoulders loosened, let your hand slither across the oak, so soft... so cool... air flows through you, the leaves above rustle gently, feel your body exhale slowly, allow the sun to fill you, let the grass touch your feet, and carry you forward, lie still, and observe weightlessness, obtain clarity, and know only words, can bring you to such a place.
