True Beauty

Without flaw,

or perfect.

Every stretch mark,

beauty mark,

and wrinkle

more beautiful then the next.

Scar filled wrists

and hips

show great struggle,

and even greater progress.

The short bitten nails

and calloused hands just as sweet.

Dark green and gold eyes

brighten up the darkness

that surrounds her carefully chiseled face.

Every imperfection complimenting the next,

she became flawless.
