True Colors
It began in my youth
A time when purity and curiousty
Moved me
Back when broken hearts and empty promises
Were foreign
But now their ever lasting
Today tears are on my cheeks
Because of things you do
And what you said
I believed you when you said it
But i began to doubt you
Doubt you because of your actions
The two never seem to match
So now i know its true . . . go and do what you do . . . i i dont need you
