The True Dream

Last night in my dream, I a heard a vague sound,

Though it seemed eerie, I turned around.

On the hillock there was a bod, eyes staring at me,

Wondering if I intend to stay, I settle to flee.

As I turned around, the creature buffeted gtreatly,

But while the fog rolled in, the being saw faintly.

I took my chance to run away, in the house I came.

The bangging began, I felt a heavy pain.

The door opend and so my eyes.

The nurse stood up and whispered,

“I believe that the wraith scattered. Not hair. No blood.

No prints on mud”

Which to believe the ear or they eye,

yet neither of them can usually tell a lie.
