True Happy Ever After

The world says Happy comes to those who wait.

But the way I see it, happy comes to those who date.

Why do we put so much into dating?

When all we really care about is having someone for the taking.

Having someone always there for you. Taking time in their busy day just to connect with you.

Everyone wants to end up with the fairytale. The white dress, I Do's, but I wish people would see the truth.

That there's something bigger then ending up with your Prince Charming. It's having Jesus Christ be your calling.

Don't get me wrong, or confused, the lovey-dovey stuff is good too. But it shouldn't be the center of your life if you have God by your side.

Being happy is all well and good. But there's nothing compared to the joy in Christ to make you feel complete.
