True Love

It is just a question of time.

To see if you give me your heart and I give you mine.

If you do give me your heart, I will treat it as if made of glass.

It will be protected and held close in my love and forged by romance.

You will be my stars at night and the rainbow in my sky.

As we fly on the wings of love that soars forever high.

There will be no mask to wear in an honest and true intent.

As we add the spokes to the wheel that we invent.

Two hearts that will unite as our souls entwine.

That magical moment that will forever be frozen in time.

When you give me your heart, and I give you mine.

At the ends of the rainbow our hearts will connect.

Not pots of gold, but true love we will never neglect.
