The True Me

I’m authentic, genuine, and down to earth

No filter needed to cover up any dirt

Filters are not only the things others may see

But they are also what you truly believe

I’m a nice, fun, and cool guy. You have to give me my credit

Because I don’t hide behind the picture edits

Picture after picture and blemish after blemish

People always try to replenish this picture perfect image

One selfie two selfies oh please someone help me

This angle makes me look skinny and other one makes me look hefty

But that’s not me or who I plan to be

Because filters are for the weak and I’m as strong as Hercules

I’m outspoken, courageous, and never been bitter

Most likely because I show my true self and don’t run behind filters
