A True Mentor

I thank you for being patient with me I thank you for never giving up on me You pursued me in my darkest moments You cheered me up when I was trapped Addictions and strongholds are no match for you Lies and deceptions try and steal your truth You always win You always win You continue To teach me to never give up You continue To hold me when I am puffed up You are my shining example of the golden rule There is no hiding from your goodness Good cannot describe who you are Unimaginable Indescribable Based on a feeling Faith to believe Without seeing Your goal is simple Your face is complex A true mentor sweats And you sweat blood For me Because you are Love-- --ly.
