True to self, true to love
Love.
L-O-V-E.
It is good, bad, beautiful, addicting, and may make you go crazy.
Love is what drives relationships, whether it is with a significant other or if it is just friendly,
The relationship should make you happy,
Of course there may be some rough patches but a good percent of the time you should be stress free.
Love should not be an excuse as to why you let someone walk all over you.
There needs to be trust within the relationship and good intentions too.
A healthy relationship involves effort from two.
Manipulation, and the need to control every situation will not make anything better.
Know your worth, never settle for less, and learn to grow together.
If they are hurting you physically, mentally, or emotionally
is the love true in reality?
Know your boundaries, draw the line, I promise you'll be fine.
Stay true to yourself and know most importantly,
if that relationship you are in is healthy.
