What does it mean to have a healthy relationship?

A question posed by many therapist and philosophers, never to be answered…till now.

It truly is impossible to quantify what a healthy relation is,

These four statements should be truths you hold self-evident.

While a healthy relationship does not need to be romantic it should be based in love.

If you truly have a healthy relationship you should be able to:

1. Keep your heart crossed and hoped to die or stick a needle in your eye,

2. To be able to sing prophetic songs in their name with no hesitation,

3. To see their flaws and imperfections and show your own,

4. And feel their heartbeat intertwined with yours and hear the symphony of life.

With these four basic decrees it can be easy to see if you have a healthy relationship.

If you feel that your association lacks this compassion it can be fixed...the key is communication.

Communication between two lovers,

Between two friends,

Between child and parent,

Between two partners in crime,

Between a King and his Kingdom,

Between a government and their people.

Without this communication it can lead to fear and distrust, dishonesty and hate,

eventually outrage, and with outrage comes destruction,

with destruction comes heartbreak.

And no friendship, relationship or nation, can be built upon heartbreak.
