Truest of goodbyes

The problem is that you see the real me You know I do not tumble I just fall I’m worried just how clearly you might see Almost every night will end in a brawl We lie together but are miles apart My eyes only ever meet a blank stare I am worried I only see her in part You are unaware of the amount I care As it all seemed to be slowly progressing The time has come for me to bid farewell Your health, with haste, has finally digressed I swear I will try my best not to dwell. You have left me,alone, to slowly waste away after it all this is how you repay
