Truly Felt

I won't be happy when there's a frown on her face

I won't fully rest when she's not by my side

I won't relax if I'm not sure that she's safe

I love those quirks she calls flaws

I love her because of her imperfections

Not in spite of them

My first and last thought everyday is of her

I smile everytime she texts me

My heart skips a beat when she calls me "baby"

She doesn't think she deserves me

But I believe it's she who settled

How did I ever get someone so amazing?

She doesn't believe in herself

But I do - always

There's no way she won't make it

Everything I feel with her

Is truly felt

Because I truly love her.
