Truly Yours

I love him more than he knows and could ever imagine But like many others he just doesn't see what he has, not right now, just not quite yet. Iv'e been standing beside him for a very long time now yet another has the privilege of saying "he's mine" Oh how I wish I could say, "babe, i love you" and not get a weird look but instead get a big smile and a "baby, I love you too." But i guess that idea is ridiculous and all too far for me to dream, because I'm just not quite there; not right now, not quite yet. But this is what kills me and makes matters worse is the fact that Iv'e been standing here yet he lets HER in first. And at this point I have nothing left to say except; I hope she makes him happy; I sure hope this one is here to stay. All the while in my head I'm screaming, "why cant you see my heart is truly yours?" "that i will never fail you. Why can't you see that?!" Hopefully you will take it someday. But till that day comes I'll be sitting here besides you... waiting... thinking... What if he says no? what if that day never comes? That's why i left him a letter addressed "Here You Go" since you wouldn't take it I thought I'd leave it at your door. It's my heart with a tag saying:"I Love You, and forever truly yours"
