Trust

Because I love you

I tell you my darkest truth

You and me, sitting on a booth

The lights are out

I lean in close

Your smell an intoxicating dose

It gives me the courage

Until you look away

As I silently pray

That you won't leave me astray

But then I realize

You were there for me all along

Because our trust is strong
