Trust

Just the thought of you is enough for me

You are far more appealing than the eyes can see

One day I will hold your heart as gently as you hold my hand

But Today, I will close my eyes, breathe deeply, and trust God's plan

Before I knew you, I loved you

Completely captivated by your existence, my heart is so deep in this

Not lust, but complete wholehearted trust

Trust in you, trust in me

Trust that my love will liberate, erases bondage, and sets you free

I want to love you from the pits of me

For you are the epiphany of what God can give to the empty

So I trust Him

And in trusting him, I find myself trusting you

Praying for things I never knew I needed

Hoping you will follow through

The choice is yours

You acknowledge you understand

So as you take my hand

I take your word as bond

and place it under lock and key

I am trusting you with my life, my heart, my everything.
