Trust Fall

A trust fall

Is an adventure

For the young

And the young at heart

With eyes closed

And arms crossed

You lean back until

You are free

Letting the air

Blow across your back

Tickling your neck

As you fall

Towards the earth

Hoping that someone

Will be there to catch you

Love is like a trust fall

You go in blindly

And hope to God

That in the moment

Right before you

Hit the ground

There will be a set of arms

Strong enough to catch you

Sweet enough to hold you

And true enough to

Never let you go.
