Trust Issues

Where do you go to when you run out of people you can trust? Yeah you have yourself but is yourself enough? From your perspective it isn't so tough. But when your mind starts to split, the battle gets worse; keeping up with strength is rough. I write my thoughts out because holding them in drives me NUTS. I feel crazy but truth is I'm just going through a lot of shit. It sits heavy on my chest like a ton a fucking bricks so I have it had enough. Should it ever get better if I were able to trust?
