Trust in me

I don’t know how to fix you
If I can’t hear of your pain
I want to give you all the parts
To make you work again

I have the tools available
And the skills to use them well
You need to give all of yourself
To me for a short spell

I promise that what I can do
Will see you rise once more
The first step will test you the most
To raise your eyes up from the floor

You need to focus on the now
and forget what’s gone before
but know you have been well prepared
for each battle of war

nothing changes if nothing changes
so make adjustments every day
you’ll flourish when you realise
I am with you all the way
