There was a time when you think no one can hurt you, and everyone is a good person at heart. But once you grow up you begin to realize who's really there. Don't tell everyone everything, be smart. It feels like a consant game, you keep rolling the dice but you don't know what It'll land on. Secrets are hidden, lies are told. Backs are stabbed, and jealousy unfold. Hearts are broken, eyes water. Sleepless nights of overthinking. Poisening your mind with negative thoughts, your brain is toxic now. You're all alone in a room now, waiting for that person to be there for you. They said they would always be there. Another lie. Getting lost in sad music, whispering the lyrics while everyone is asleep. Choking on your words cause your tears seem to drown you. Waking up to dried up tears and running make up all over your face. That person still isnt there for you, you think to yourself: How did it turn to this?
