People walk day by day
Faces are unreadable and hide a person's story
We are all people created by God
You think we would all be treated equal
But life is not what it is made up to be

Faces are unreadable and hide a person's story
You can't judge someone without knowing what they've been through
Still I hear the echoes of the devil's voice
What happened to rights?
What happened to equality?

We are all people created under God
He died on the cross for every single person
We are his children
We have been given a beautiful life
Yet there is destruction and hate all around

You think we all would be treated equal
If only people would open their eyes
We abuse the power to help others
To stand up for others
Where is the power we all claim to have?

But life is not what it is made up to be
We are far from perfection
Perfection is heaven
No child will be discriminated
Eternal happiness for every color.
