Truth

They say that the pen 

is mightier than the sword. 

They say that using your words

will reap a greater reward.

But what they don't tell you

Is the magic that can form

It isn't about being good

Being Frost or Dickenson of Poe.

It's more about reflection

and highlighting the truths you've come to know.

So what does writing mean to me?

It means putting words to use.

To tell about ourselves, our world,

our lives, and life's most hidden truths.
