The Truth about Cats

The truth about cats is everlasting mystery

The slick shadows clinging to fur

Yellow-green eyes opened slowly

Soft vibrations rumbled

The warm heat waved

Forever sharp daggers

Serrated blades clamped

Soft little expanse

A trap for all who dare

Little pads hid daggers

Tiny tongue slipped out

The truth about cats is everlasting mystery
