The Truth of Beauty

No one person is beautiful.

No one is born ugly.

"Ugly" is a falsehood that clouds the image of beauty.

Ugliness is a lie.

Beauty is the truth.

Truth is natural.

Therefore, Beauty is natural.

My favorite part of my poem is the meaning I put behind it. Everyone is so deep into the view of society- and how society views us. People need to dig out of that rut and take a good look in the mirror. No matter your weight, size, color, ethnicity, sexualy, religion, or whatever society is trying to mold you into, it doesn't matter. We're all born the same. Nothing should drive us apart from one another.
