The Truth Hurts

The truth hurts By r.p. Stevens As I stand in front of the sink And stare in the mirror How am I still alive?? Or why am I still here?? All the things that I've done All the mistakes, and wrong doings My life is all crumpled up Basically it's ruined I can't blame NOONE The fault lies on me Can't point at anyone Only R.P I've been on the bottom So long that I'm dirt Can't even pretend to be happy Man, the truth hurts I've changed my whole life Added church , and being clean I still get looked down on Society still remembers the old me No matter what you do Ur past will always haunt you No matter where you go Your old ways will steadily taunt you Anxiety builds up Pressure almost bursts Things never change Lol..The truth hurts Ups and downs always happen Negative come full circle Karma will return Obsiticals are still hurdles Lies get brought up Exes still ridicule Life is so screwed up Honestly it's pitiful Things will never change Just hopefully don't get worse Words are just words But still, the truth hurts
