Try
It feels like everything I want is right in-front of my face
But in reality light years away
We have this fatal attraction in-common
And what we have common is pain.
I try and try to show her a love that's right
But I always end up getting rejected, denied
Yet I still try
So I can see pain in her eye
With her up all night
With nothing but love on her mind
Yet she still wants to try
Try for the guy that messed with her life
The guy that quit and didn't even try
Yet still I try
Now I start to question if I should still try
Through all this pain I hide
Could we be perfect, make it out alive
After I think about it, I know the answer to those last lines
Yes, I will always try!
