Try to Remember

So dark, So black. It's to late, to turn back...... Where am I? Who are you? Just do, what you gotta do... Get off the floor, that's all you say. Then turn around and walk away. My heart is open, My mind is closed. I just can't seem, to get the right dose...... You build me up, you tear me down. I promised, I would always be around.... You see me, so differently..... And you know what I want to be. To remember, could be a gift, or a curse...... You just gotta shift. Love is real, love is hate... What I know, Should not be fake!!!!!!

I am still a fairly new writer so my poems and things vary from really basic to free writing that seems poetic to just scatered thoughts. Any feedback at all would be appreciated. I am also a person not new to loss, love, pain, greif, anger, or really any emotion but peace and bliss. Some of my words may hit home or bring a bit of pain or sadness but I am still here and thats all that really matters.....
