Trying To Find Love

Trying To Find Love

Backpacking to Europe

Trying to find myself

Girlfriend who cheated on me

Job that went bust

All alone in this world

Trying to find love

Once again all alone at the bar

Licking my wounds

With a long Island tea

To feel all the colors of the world

Maybe my roots I will find

Maybe a friend

They say in this world

Population of about eight billion

One day I will find someone

Someone who understands me

And calls me her love

In this busy lonely world

Taking time off from life

Making sense of this world

Sometimes life is nothing but a puzzle

Making you realize

Nothing you can take for granted

Love and life are two mistresses

Nobody will ever be able to figure out

Trying to find someone

Someone who understands me

And calls me her love

Backpacking to Europe

Trying to find myself

Girlfriend who cheated on me

Job that went bust

All alone in this world

Trying to find love

In this lonely world
