trying to make people understand.

I am not as perfect as everyone thinks I am

I am not always going to get things right

I can tell you something I AM

I am HUMAN

I am REAL.

I still have feelings and some of things I hear over and over agian start to tear me down because I start to believe them and I start to wonder what I did wrong.

But I did nothing wrong... I was just being human, just being real with myself.

Realizing I cannot please every person I walk by

I can't be their heroin and make sure that every need of theirs is met by my doings

But people look at me and put me on a plaque because

I am a "good" student

I get "good" grades.

But I am not as perfect as everyone thinks I am, or as everyone makes me out to be...

I am

ME
