Turn the Bad to Good

It took me pain to realize happiness

And happiness to realize pain

it took me dealing with the worst people to realize how wonderful people are

it took me heartbreak after heartbreak to realize what i want

and what i want to realize what i have

I took me tears to learn how to smile

It took seeing what im bad at to realize what I'm good at

It took me having to help myself to realize how to help everyone else

and it took me wanting to be other people to realize the beauty in myself.
