Turning Pages

Our days have been numbered like pages

Our time is chapters unfinished

And, to turn the pages, we find the line of giving

Our time keeps running by

Our pockets are running dry

And we waste the wealth that God has given

The clock is ticking

Its patience waning

Simple question: Why aren’t we giving?

After all we’re getting?

Get to thinking…

Then to giving.
