Twenty fifteen

Twenty fifteen was a brutal teacher.

She flew me out of my home three times

to teach me home is not a house.

She introduced me to hateful friends

to teach me my enemies smile lovingly.

She gave me too much time

to teach me to never waste it.

She gave me a heartbreak

to teach me love is fleeing.

She gave me the vision of the cruel world

to teach me what I wanted to change.

She gave me a fire in my soul

to teach me only with ferocity would suceed.

She gave me a open mind

to teach me only with knowlegde would I exceed.
