Twenty five
Another year passes by. Another opportunity just rolled on by.
Why is it so hard? Why can't you grow up?
You made your choices and they werent the best. Now your kids are involved within your mess.
One ten year old the other two, now how the hell will you pay for school?
The sex was easy no pain just fun, the damage huge barely just begun.
No child support, just two dead beat fathers, haha what were you thinking, you poor single mother???
You lost your house, say good bye to stability. Now whats next? With no career and no aspires, how do you plan on raising your family?
Eight years passed by, full of regret, why why did I have to drop out of college? I was in honors with a soccer scholarship. Now im stuck at chipotle selling chips.
But its not too late, No I hope not.
Ill bust my ass and reach the top.
My kids will guide me in the right direction, my kids will help me forget about quitting, for them ill spent the whole.night reading.
I cannot lose this battle, there is no space for failure.
My kids future depends on this, this will I cannot break. This is a promise I will fulfill.
I promise kids, I wont fail you, i brought you to this world now its time to raise you.
Love,
Twenty five year old mom
