Twilight


Awake from a deep sleep so blissfully Sunrays shine, lining a hazel iris Eyes open, cornea focuses slowly Warm is the soul from just this, desirous. Intense feelings far from conspicuous Sunrise once, then sunset, melodically Fogs my eye lenses, daylight envious. My sweet remedy, sentimentally. Like the vitreous humor fills the eyes, In my arteries, like talents and traits Trapped in hazy horizon, mesmerized Compelling my heart-lust, destiny, fate? But alas I realize, its dusk, not first light For this vision of sun ensues from his eyes; ignite
