Twirling Along

Sometimes....

when I focus enough,

the world stops.

And my heartbeat becomes a song.

And I groove

and I dance along.

Forgetting my troubles...

and for me, that's hard.....

you know,

my troubles don't come in silence,

they rumble.

Ans my mind is not a society,

it's a jungle.

But in that moment,

I'm free.

It's just the world at a halt,

that song,

and me.
