The Twist

Diversity in medium

As Art is what People are,

Paint- fluid and moving,

Charcoal- sharp, cutting, and exact,

Pastel- still on it’s own, distinct form

More Malleable, a Mix of

The two, and something all its own.

Art, a dance, a style, a cloth,

Colors unseen before to the naked eye

Hearts and hands unheld in tight grasps,

Covered in graphite, and then laid to rest.

Mediums in Diversity

As People are Art as well

Holding, holding, brushes and pens,

Caught in that art-block spell.

They cover each other in their own cloaks,

Their own colors as they see fit,

And are left with nothing else

But other’s hands

A collaboration of the other artists that made it.
