Twisted Ears

There once was a girl of seven years,

who had a habit of twisting her ears.

Her old man chuckled, saying

"Didn't you know?

That you'll twist your ears and look like dumbo?"

The little girl gasped, suddenly concious.

She went to school the day after and spread the nonsense.

Suddenly teased and prodded for years,

over her old man's joke, and misunderstood ears.
