Two Faced
Oh how i wish i could know
the face that others see,
but courage fails me
when face to face
i meet that other half of me.
How frightening to see
myself and I
staring back at me
who is this stranger i see
so apart of me, yet not me.
I fear i must choose
between ths face i show
and the face that i know.
But will they know
me, when from my face
the mask is torn, and
only the other remains.
Will i know me?
