Two Feet

You see as a young girl I looked up to my mother as if she was the greatest women in the world but as time went on my image of my mother soon changed. She wasn't just a women that would go to the ends of the world for her kids but she was a women who had been down and hurt but still stood on her own two feet and made through all the pain. This women taught me to stand on my own feet no matter what and that's what i have always done. When i was down and didn't think i would make it i stood on my own. Even when there wasn't a soul in my corner to push me and tell me i can make it i still stood on my own two feet. At times i thought i wouldn't be able to stand but then i look over my life and tell myself I've made this far and that was no mistake so i can make it through anything. i gave myself the strength and power to make through every wall in my life and i didn't always have help. if i can do it anyone can i didn't do it with help i did it on my own and that's how it has to be some times. i stand n my own two feet. Do you?
