Two hours

Two hours stuck staring at the blank page
No  words left in my head
I'm at the stage
Where there's nothing left to be said
Our story left to be told
This plot still waiting to unfold
Will I be  loser or the winner
The one she'd prefer to take her to dinner
Or instead will I be there at midnight alone
The jack and coke abuser
Drunk calling her on the telephone
Texting miss use
Wishing to take back all the things I spoke
Cause right now I'm just sitting her confused
Drowning away your thoughts
Hiding the scars from the times fought
Masking them in this addiction
No need for a  prescription
All the symptoms inscribed in the description
I've become so unstable
Empty bottles left on the table
I'm feeling like an outcast
I'm stuck here living in the past
Hoping all these good feelings woulda lasted
I just can't  grasp it
Wishing it could all go slow but it all keeps moving  fast
All these things in the universe I won't know
If so I just wanna make it past the  finish line
If I can all my trials and tribulations
Will be just fine
All our conversations
Woulda been worth while
If only one let you with a smile
Your forever in my memory
Forever a friend to me
