Two Men, One Heart
These days I live as though I’m dreaming. I don’t know myself. I don’t know this stranger. He can’t focus, and every minute I beg that I will wake up again and finally escape from this horrible haziness. I felt it, just the other day. This feeling of relief, that finally I was in the real world again. He cried himself to sleep and things finally felt real again. I woke up, if only fleetingly. I felt real. Then he took over again. He doesn’t remember how he got home at night.
