Two Moons

Do you remember when we met?

Daughter, Son and Second Father

We lay in the sun and breathed the muddy street

Mother, Sister, Aunt and Uncle

I remember we were born in blood

And at time’s breast we were licked dry

I remember our minds clasped

Child mine, and Ancient Father

Come to me, my Son, and breathe smoke

Second Daughter, cousin, brother

Take off your wild world-weary cloak

Lie with us underneath the stone.

I am Last Son Omega

Floating up with the trees

So look for me, Father, where you have no blood

Mother, Sister, Last Creator

I have gone out into the world.
